These terms cover your use of jkdigitalco.com, run by JK Digital & Co. LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("JK Digital & Co.," "I," or "me"). By using the site, you agree to them.

The information on this site

The site describes my services and prices so you can decide whether to work with me. I work to keep it accurate, but it's general information, not legal, financial, or tax advice.

Booking a call doesn't create a contract

Booking a call, sending a message, or requesting a quote doesn't commit either of us to anything. Work begins only after we both sign a written Client Service Agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. A price change never affects an agreement that's already signed.

• Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum.
• Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform and is separate from my fees. Spend above a plan's included limit is managed at 15% of the additional amount.
• One-time services require a 50% deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• Social Media Audit credit: the $150 audit fee is credited toward your first month if you sign up for a monthly plan within 14 days of receiving your audit.

Founding Client offer

• 25% off the monthly plan fee for the first three months.
• Available to the first five clients whose agreements are signed on or before November 1, 2026.
• Applies only to the monthly plan fee. It doesn't apply to one-time services, ad spend, ad management fees, or third-party costs.
• From month four onward, the standard plan price applies.
• The discount can't be transferred, and it's forfeited if the client ends the agreement before completing the first three months.

No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on things outside my control, including platform algorithms and policy changes, market conditions, competitors, and your own products and pricing. I commit to doing professional, careful work. I don't guarantee specific reach, engagement, rankings, leads, or sales.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes sending spam through the forms, trying to break or disrupt it, or copying its content, design, or logo for commercial use. The site's content, design, and logo belong to JK Digital & Co. LLC.

Other services

The site links to and uses third-party services, such as Cal.com for scheduling and social media platforms. I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, JK Digital & Co. isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Services for clients are governed by the signed Client Service Agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes

If I update these terms, I'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
