Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JK Digital & Co. LLC ("JK Digital & Co.," "I," or "me") collects through jkdigitalco.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. JK Digital & Co. is a Texas limited liability company.

What I collect

Information you give me

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), what you need help with, your monthly budget range, and your message.
• Booking a call: when you book through my scheduling page (Cal.com), you share your name, email, your answers to the booking questions, and the time you pick.
• Email and messages: anything you send me directly by email or social media.

Information collected automatically

• Website hosting: my hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes, I'll update this policy first.

How I use it

• To reply to you and hold the calls you book
• To prepare quotes and proposals you ask for
• To provide services if you become a client
• To keep records I'm required to keep for business and tax purposes
• To keep the site working and secure

I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask to be added.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your personal information. I only share it with:

• Service providers that help me run the business: website hosting and form handling, scheduling (Cal.com), and email. They may only use it to provide their service to me.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect my rights or someone's safety.

Client accounts

If you become a client, I may access your social media, advertising, and business accounts to do the work. That access and anything I learn through it is covered by our written Client Service Agreement, including its confidentiality terms, and you can remove my access at any time.

How long I keep it

If you contact me but don't become a client, I keep your inquiry for up to two years and then delete it. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterward as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Security

I use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you. Email contact@jkdigitalco.com and I'll respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is meant for business owners. It isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Other websites

This site links to other services, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Cal.com. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
